The city of Bradenton is undertaking an exciting mixed-use project that will include retail/commercial space and four levels of parking utilizing a portion of the existing City surface parking lot. The best course of action for The Manatee Chamber was to vacate its building in downtown Bradenton and allow demolition of this site so the City’s project could span the entire block along 3rd Ave. W.

The Benefits

The good news for The Manatee Chamber is they will soon enjoy a brand-new, ground-level space located on the same corner. This provides an expanded lobby space, a great pedestrian and street presence, and the ability to meet changing needs of the Commerce and its members well into the future. Anything that allows the Chamber to grow in its mission to "build a positive business environment while enhancing the community's quality of life" is a plus!
