It is never too early to get on schedule. Currently we recommend at least a couple of weeks to assure we have your preferred move date available. This will also take a lot of stress out of the process and allows you to create contingency plans in case of emergency.

The best time to move is during our off-peak season which is September through April. During this time, we are not nearly as busy, which means we will be able to better accommodate your schedule. The summer months are usually the busiest for all movers. This mostly is because the weather is better and more predictable. However, it also is easier on kids in school, since they can move between school years.
We are full-service movers! That means we can handle full packing, partial packing, moving, storage, unpacking, and set up. Furthermore, we offer custom crating options, reliable online shipment tracking, shipping for vehicles and large pieces of furniture, valuation insurance options, and free stretch-wrapping for furniture, doorways, and floors.
Although Spirit Movers is a full-service moving company, there are some limits regarding the items we can and cannot transport. We are unable to take non-allowable items such as aerosols, flammables, ammunition, or bottled gas. While we can transport perishable items, we don’t recommend doing it.

Our crews will protect furniture and any fragile items with moving pads. Any upholstered furniture will be wrapped in shrink wrap (plastic wrap) and then wrapped in moving pads. We also offer valuation insurance options to protect your assets should anything happen during the move.
